Needs a significant renovation Positive: Despite my general negative feeling, the appartement has potential. The main benefit is the location. Situated just next to the market, you can prepare yourself a nice fresh breakfast with great ingredients. If this appartement gets the necessary investment (bed, better airconditioning, better windows, slightly higher table), I think it could offer a more pleasant stays. Negative: This booking needs a serious investment. What is the most important element of any booking? The bed! This appartement has the worst bed and matress I have ever lay in. It caused me severe backpain which took a month to improve. Other than that, many facilities are just broken. For instance, windows do not close that well; during heatwaves, the main airconditioning -- a pipe in a wall -- is just too noisy. Even worse, Toulouse is generally a noisy city; so, being located next to the pub that closes at 2 a.m. during heatwave is just not survivable; you can just select the source of the noise (whether it is from airconditioning with closed windows or from people shouting outside with windows open -- in reality, you even get the combination of those two, as windows do not work that well). And then, there is the price. For this price, you can get significantly better accommodation in Toulouse. TLDR: Worst bed ever; definitely not suitable for pairs. Too noisy. Too pricy,

Positive: Clean, tidy and private accommodation with excellent facilities Negative: The stairs, no lift

Good value for money, especially for younger travelers. Positive: Location. Clean. Cozy. Negative: Sleeping area upstairs has low sloped ceiling. But its OK.
